Excellent stay in September 2024

We had a wonderful stay at a clean well equipped villa in a tranquil location, some minor issues with solar lighting and a faulty barbecue didn’t spoil our experience, the villa is set with Mountain View’s, so quiet and relaxing with all the required amenities just a short drive or 15 min walk away.

Peaceful location

Beautiful views, very peaceful location.... The villa is stunning, well equipped, very clean, fabulous pool and enough sitting/sunbathing places. A car is essential as it's 1km + from Peyia village where there are some lovely restaurants. 15 mins from Coral Bay and the beach. Diana, who looks after the property, was very helpful indeed. I would stay here again (wish it was mine!)

Dream Villa stay

I knew the moment i saw this villa online that this was the one i had to stay in , everything about it looked perfect , from the location , pool , views and rooms - but i just have to say that nothing prepared me for the perfection that was waiting for us - from the minute we walked up the steps to the villa , we were blown away - the beauty of the surroundings of the villa even at night - we could see that this was a villa and home that the owners and property manager are extremely proud of - inside the villa was so inviting and homely , we felt immediately honoured to start our holiday in this villa inside was cleaned , prepped and decorated to the highest standard - the following morning we got a chance to witness the absolute breathtaking panoramic views from the pool out to the hills , and from the roof terrace beyond our expectations - no words give this villa enough justice - you have to stay here and experience the dream of villa adara - we cannot wait to come back and stay- The communication with Steven and booking the property has been outstanding , he was so helpful and knowledgeable - was there straightaway to answer any questions - everything was done with ease so i cant thank him enough , also a big thankyou to Diana the property manager , she is such a wonderful lady who prides herself on the upkeep of the villa and you can see why when you get there - its honestly so well kept and inviting - she was on hand for anything we needed , so thanks everyone x

Excellent and relaxing stay!

We spent an excellent time in Cyprus and enjoyed being in this villa. Everything was in good shape and the pool was great. It was silent and close to nature, but at the same time, it was a short ride to the beach and the city of Paphos, too. I definitely can also recommend evening walks in the close Picnic Forrest.

Fabulous Pegeia Holiday

This property is fantastic, and the pictures are a very accurate impression of what you all find when you get there. The villa has everything you need and if you need anything else the Property Manager will do their best to help. The pool is amazing as is the roof terrace which is a real sun trap. Communication with the agents was easy, timely and accurate, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again!

Beautiful property

We recently had a very relaxing one week holiday at this lovely villa in Peyia. The property is of a very high standard Both inside & outside with an amazing pool & great facilities (air con, bbq etc). The views are incredible & we enjoyed seeing mountain goats most days on the hills across from the infinity pool. You will need a car if you stay here & we didn't even attempt the walk in to the village with the June temperatures, but there are plenty of restaurant's & a supermarket less than 10 minute drive away (kebab restaurant is outstanding!) This is a quiet area & not suited to anyone looking for a bustling night life! The location on the hills did (during our week) result in quite a lot of clouds cover in the afternoon, even when the coastal areas remained sunny. This is just something to keep in mind about the location but was no major issue for us as it provided a bit of cover from the midday sun! Overall, we would highly recommend this property for a chilled out week in lovely surroundings. Thanks for having us!

We had a lovely stay Villa was nice and clean well equipped inside. Outside needed more sun beds and chairs for round the table. Was meant for 6 people there was only five and we had to go hunting around for more chairs and sun beds but saying that it was lovely the location was super great places to eat.

We have been coming to Cyprus for the last 8 years, staying in villas in and around the Peyia area. I can honestly say that Villa Adara was by far the best villa we have had the pleasure of staying in. We arrived late at night and were grateful that lights had been left on for us and a welcome pack had been provided. It was nice to sit back and enjoy a nice chilled glass of wine. Diana came and met us the next day to make sure that we were happy and that everything was in order. I must add that Diana was fantastic, very friendly and professional. The villa itself is amazing, good spacious bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and the most wonderful outside area with outstanding views of the hills in front of you. There is plenty of outside space with sun loungers (pool towels are provided) and a shaded area providing much need respite from the hot sun. The infinity pool is fantastic and a great place to chill and cool down, we loved watching the pool change colour at night. The villa is a great place for a chilled and relaxing holiday and I would certainly recommend staying here.

Schöne Villa mit weitem Blick, aber eingekesselt von anderen Villen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und alle Geräte funktionieren. Die Badezimmer sind von der Größe ausreichend, aber mit der Nase stößt man an die Wand wenn man auf Toilette sitzt. Der Pool hat eine sehr warme Temperatur was an der direkten Sonneneinstrahlung liegt, die es vormittags schwierig macht draußen am Tisch zu sitzen, da die Pergola erst mittags Schatten spendet. Auch im Dunkeln kann man hier schwimmen, allerdings wechselt die Beleuchtung alle 5 Sekunden die Farbe, was etwas anstrengend ist. Die Terrassen haben einen schönen Ausblick und die Aussendusche ist klasse zum Abduschen nach einem Bad. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut, aber sind maximal für 2 Stunden aktivierbar, so dass man jede Nacht, bei Hitze, mehrfach die Klimaanlage erneut starten muss, weil es ansonsten zu warm ist. Sowas braucht man im Urlaub nicht. Der Stellplatz ist überdacht, so dass man nicht in ein glühendheisses Auto steigen muss.

AMAZING

Such a beautiful villa! With an outstanding view of the mountains. The pool is amazing, very clean and fresh. The neighbours next to the villa are very kind and will go out there way for you. It's a 7min walk to peyia village where you can find 2 supermarkets and lots of restaurants. I genuinely recommend this place!!!!

A lovely villa with everything you could need and more !!! Stunning views, beautiful pool, The lady who looks after the villa (Diana) could not have been nicer or more helpful. Dont hesitate book it !!!!
