We had a family get away and didn’t “party”. Our neighbors were extremely respectful. The yard was perfect for the dog.」

I paid a hefty cleaning fee to stay here too. The entire space smelled like undiluted cleaner when we walked in. But oddly, nothing was clean. We tried to air it out, but there were holes all over the screen to the balcony. So it was bugs all night or the smell. The towels reeked; like they were washed without soap and left in...

「We were told on the phone we would be in house 5 but were put in 106. While the house was clean, it was very outdated. It smelled musty and it was uncomfortable to see a mousetrap in the kitchen. It had broken window blinds and screen (windows had no curtains so light came in through broken slats). It was disappointing to drive through the complex (which was very nice) and realize we were given a lower quality unit. 」
