“Absolutely awful! Looking for a full refund! I didnt stay one minute there. Very first problem, they could not accommodate the paid in advance reservation! I had 3 adults and reserved a room w two beds. When we tried to check in at 5 (check in starts at 4).. they had already given our Reserved room to someone else. No King rooms at all, only thing left one queen bed! THEN, on top of all that, they wanted More Money!...that was not on the hotels page. I checked about the deposit and fees, none.……

“no one was there to check me in and give me my key. I had to go the hotel next door. The clerk there told me it happens a lot at studio six”

“Made the reservation and paid through Vrbo, arrived to check-in and was said that they were at capacity and had to refund our money. The booking was on 10/10 and we still have yet to receive our money back . Booked through Vrbo, but was told the link made it book through a third-party, which is not what we thought when we were using Vrbo. Apparently the property was sold and no one knows where the money is. This has been the worst experience. I would be leery of booking any kind of hotels……

“Very clean unit & facility. We'll stocked with cookware & tableware. Spacious with extremely nice furnishings. There were a lot of special touches. Will consider staying again. Had 90 year old Mother with us, so elevator was necessary & great to have.”

“Die Wood Springs Suites Birmingham Pelham eignen sich gut für Arbeitsteams, die sich nur kurzzeitig in der Gegend aufhalten müssen.”

“Die Lage ist gut, viele Restaurants und Lokale in der Nähe, gute Anbindung an die Autobahn, angemessene Preise und gute Privatsphäre.”

“Quiet location, 15 minutes from UAB. Free parking. Short drive to Publix store. We appreciated good communication with the owner and as a bonus the first place we've stayed that had soft toilet paper!”

“The property was easy to find and access. The pool was close and very enjoyable. The area is awesome to explore as well. The host responded quickly and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying if you're coming to the area.”

“We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.”

“Spotless and comfortable…clear instructions for accessing apartment. Great stay!”
