「The hotel is a bit dated but it’s good value for money. We stayed in a family room with two en suites.」

「I did not expect a sofa bed with poor support.」

「We celebrated my wife's birthday at COMO The Treasury, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. To our delight, we were given a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise and really set the tone for our stay. 「Spacious room, efficient staff. 」

「House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one room.」

「room is very dirty trash in trash bin is not disposed. hair ( not mine ) on towels lipstick on glass sofa is dirty with stains shoes print on wall reject my request for late check out for no reason ( actually for fake excuses )」

「The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition. I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight. I would recommend anyone come to stay in Hyde when visiting Perth」

「第二次入住改住501 號房 浴室積水 這點要改善 其他一切都好」

「The blinds were very annoying as it goes up everytime the door opens but takes forever to get it down. The shower is too far away from the amenities The staff is very inexperienced especially when I specify I did not want mayonnaise for my club sandwich and they put mayonnaise!」
