「Good 」

「This trip the hot tub was hot and a great relaxing time. Room was clean and taken care of. Great service」

「The room was dimly lit due to 2 bulbs burnt out. The toilet seat was loose. Not impressed with finding someone else's used bar of soap in the shower. Couldn't get the tv to work so reported it to the girl who said she would be right down. Waited 20 minutes and then had to leave. When I came back 3 hrs later the tv was as I left it with the screen on and in the same showing . Went back to the desk, called out but couldn't find anyone. Spent a boring night.」

「Staff is very helpful.」

「This was a terrible hotel. It was not clean. There were cigarette butts on the floor of a no smoking room, toe nail clippings, hair and other bodily functions around the room. The beds had only sheets, with no frames. It smelled and everything was old. The worst part is we left and then another family came later than us and was given the same room we had and they STILL didn’t even try to clean it. They also left. This motel should be inspected by the health inspector.」

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, Simon and all the staff, thank you for the hospitality, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a modern feel throughout. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality that made the stay enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay...
