Hot tub & pool we're great! We were really disappointed that the restaurant was closed. We were there on a Monday & Tuesday. Part of the reason I booked this was the on-site restaurant. We wanted to stay put & relax.The resort was quite peaceful & picturesque.

Didn’t like that things were closed the elevator wasn’t working went to the bar to get food with the 20 dollars per room and wasn’t able to get it even when the website said there were more options to choose from so wasn’t able to spend that it was on a Tuesday the island looked great though for being a resort I thought breakfast options should be better but still had a good time hot tub was great

We had a great stay. I couldn't get over how big the hotel rooms are. Double the typical hotel size room for sure. Clean rooms and sound proof. Hotel was booked solid for our weekend there and I didn't hear anyone through the walls or doors. Only thing I could complain about is that the bar/restaurant stop serving by 7:30pm so we had to drive 15mins to find a place to eat. Overall, I would stay there again but plan to arrive earlier because everything closes so early in the area.

The pool and hot tub were nice and in good condition. The room appeared clean other than dust on the dresser and hair in the shower. They did supply body lotion which I've noticed most hotels stopped providing. The balcony was private and very nice overlooking the golf course. Unfortunately, the restaurant and elevator have been closed for maintenance which has been an ongoing issue. The bar was advertised as open until 8pm, however, due to staffing issues, suddenly closed early (at 6pm) on Monday so we were unable to use our $20 food credit. After much discussion with the front desk staff and bar staff, they eventually cooked a prepackaged pizza for us. This was appreciated.

The Islands Resort was ok. Beautiful golf course, clean common spaces, very friendly staff. The room we stayed in was clean, but very outdated and had paint chipping off the walls. We knew the spa was closed prior to coming. We did not know that their upscale restaurant was also closed prior to coming. We ate at the bar and grill the first night, which was fine, but typical bar food. We planned on a nice dinner the following night only to find out it was closed. The bar food was too greasy for me to eat there two nights in a row, so we ended up at a local diner instead. We were very disappointed as we were celebrating an anniversary. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, our stay was fine, but definitely not resort quality. It was more like a La Quinta or Bear Western.

If you are looking for a quiet stay in the Wisconsin north woods this is the place for you. Our room was clean and spacious. Nice indoor pool area and great views from the room. Very relaxing! Only complaint is it would be nice to see a little more attention to the garden area around the rooms patios.

Great place to snowshoe! Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. One of our party was in a wheelchair and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us especially since the main dining room was closed for an event and the only restaurant that was open was not accessible by wheelchair.
