檳城出租公寓

「這個住宿是在一座商業大廈裡，往機場只需15分鐘，早機的旅客很方便。我對每晚才US$30的房間沒有什麼要求，簡單乾淨就可以。前台在商業大廈門口的右邊，員工很友善，幫忙了不少。他們的服務時間是早上八點至下午六點，不在這個時間內到達需要通知他們另作安排。隔音普通，空調也有些聲音，對聲音敏感的人要留意。」

「位置在渡假區沙灘，環境優美，附近有不少有水準的餐廳，服務貼心，可惜沒有時間使用游泳池和健身室，下次到檳城一定會再租住。」

「非常棒的住宿空間，交通也很方便，下次再訪檳城肯定會是住宿的首選。唯一可惜的是wifi速度稍慢」

「一間民宿,裝修比較舊,設備不太齊全,但觀景一流, 有大露台,第一晚沒有空調,晚上找工人維修後才有😓」

「You would be lucky if you can even check in. There is no front desk and the property management do not pick up calls or respond to text or messages. They do not even email or send you any details. Book at your own risk! And have a contingency plan if you are not able to check in.」

「Nice home stay. bath towel,bed sheet and pillow abit old . Got stain. Need replace new one. 」

「Not happy with the stay.. Not provide even coffee / tea. The mattress is the cheapest. Not comfortable. I think tilam yg beli harga rm70. Lining with 1 pieces white sheets. Toilet is dirty. Lampu berkelip-kelip. Sofa at living hall, dirty not suitable for use. Please change for a new one. 」

「We had a lovely time at Lilian’s place following a week stay in Georgetown. Straits Quay has a quieter feel with plenty of restaurants and walkable area next to the sea. It’s further away from the central activities but not a problem to get a grab for transport. There is a convenient grocery located immediately outside the condo residence. We could also walk easily to Lotus. Lilian was very accommodating to our check in and informative about the surrounding areas. Great time.」

「The location was great and convenient. Feel safe when return to apartment late at night (Security guard at the main road and by the main entrance by the lift). Enjoy the pool and playground at level 5. Some improvement needes on this : Bin linear, toilet paper and kitchen utensils was limited for a week stay (eg only 1 cup & glass for a studio room). Stove and bathroom light was broken.」
