We had a lovely stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The property is in a peaceful location and was a great place to relax with the family. Beautiful location overlooking the marina. Went to the Aurora lounge for breakfast and Syrens restaurant for dinner. Both were very enjoyable. Also had a wonderful swim in the outdoor pool

Beautiful location and a lovely quiet cottage. I received a card and bottle of wine for my birthday which was much appreciated. Pools, hot tubs and BBQ were all great! Only small complaint was that the kitchen was not very well stocked with cooking utensils and cutlery etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Poets Cove Resort. Our room was spacious, clean, private, and very comfortable, which made it easy for our family to relax and enjoy the island. The hot tub was a great feature and made the stay feel extra special. We also really enjoyed the food, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and welcoming. We had a great time and would happily stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Poets Cove. The food was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, pools were well maintained. The room was very warm as no A/C but once we got the fans going it was nice. The location is remote and very quiet which we liked.We took advantage of the kayak rentals and drove to some lookout spots nearby.

The property needs a bit of maintenance, particularly in the pool area. There also seems to be a shortage of staff in key areas like the restaurant. Transperancy of amenities was also an issue. The spa was closed both the labour day Monday and the Tuesday following. During prime revenue season. This would have affected our choice of stays and do think this is very misleading to guests not to disclose this prior to a stay. Still a beautiful spot and the marina staff are excellent and acommodating. The resort team needs some reflection on these issues noted above.

I rented a cottage which had a nice amount of space but is looking a bit dated with semi sagging mattresses. We had a few small issues with our room (not enough dishes for four, blinds that didn’t work) and contacting staff is a bit of an issue as we had to call a central number and leave a message in hopes someone would follow up…which they eventually did. It just seems to be understaffed everywhere. Beautiful location though. It would also be nice if the upper pool (one of two) was adults only .

Very good getaway spot. The rooms were fine in the main building. The restaurant was only average considering the price they were charging. But everyone working there was very helpful and lovely. It’s a quiet spot on a beautiful island.

Pros: beautiful view, delicious breakfast, nice big pool Cons: wine cork on the room floor suggested it needed a better cleaning, room was 80 degrees and employee at reception gas lit me into thinking there was a ceiling fan, which there was not, other guests smoking on balconies Wouldn't return or recommend for the price.
