"River view was special!"

"21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm started chirping in our room. We called the front desk. They said they take care of it, but then they never did but the chirping stopped. The check-in and checkout process was very easy And then I was double charge for the room which I’m still trying to get corrected."

"Room was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. We were comfortable to walk to dinner and shopping, parking in the attached garage was convenient and affordable "

"The property was nice with excellent staff. It was very clean. Breakfast was great and the area was well stocked. Gym was great. We did spend time on the pool as well. Pool was a little cloudy but towels were clean and warm."

"This hotel is set up in an area straight out a Of a lifetime movie or something. It was perfect. The staff were very great and they had hospitality down. I asked about nearby restaurants and got a sheet with highlighted places that were her favorites. When we were leaving we asked for ice in our cups and she took them and filled them for us. We only stayed overnight so we didn't get to check out the gym. The breakfast was really great. There were options for healthy eaters as well. Sugar free syrup too. Loved the room. Will definitely stay there again and am already planning to."
