「The grounds are beautiful and the staff is so kind and accommodating. We were there at the end of the rainy season so did not enjoy the pool. However, when the warmer pool was not warm, the staff quickly called for the repair and we were able to enjoy it the next day. Our driver Agus was fantastic. 「The staff were wonderful, they welcomed you as if you were an old friend. Nana the host is so hospitable and ensures you are comfortable and feel part of a family. Everyone was so nice. Nana made biscuits and cakes. Lina cooked soup, Eka made me endless coffees and Elfin gave me a lift downtown. We even went out for dinner and dancing. The amenities are lovely. The room was spacious, bathroom is massive. In your room there are tea and coffee facilities or there a coffee machine in the kitchen....
