“We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. “This is a great quiet location set back from the road . Handy for local shops and restaurants around Penestanan and of course the rice paddie walks. Set directly behind Alchemy restaurant and over the road from the yoga studio. It is easy to catch a taxi in to Ubud for the vast array of shops and restaurants.The rooms are clean and the beds extremely comfortable. What makes this hotel special is the charming staff. They are all so polite, charming and friendly ”
