New comfortable house of 90m2 plus 1 car garage. Beach of the Mine D OR at 800m; village and shops at 800m also. Hiking trails close to the house. Numerous visits to sites in the immediate vicinity: Brière regional park; Guérande salt marshes. Old town of Guérande; La Roche Bernard; Rochefort En Terre (classified + beautiful village in France) Quiet dead end house outside the subdivision and the town.

Beau séjour à Pénestin !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Pénestin. Idéalement situé au nord de la presqu’île de Guérande, non loin de divers sites d’intérêt. Pénestin possédant lui-même divers lieux notables.

Tolle Strände, super Rad- und Wandermöglickeiten

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was es für den Urlaub braucht. Unsere Fahrräder haben wir in die Garage stellen können - sehr praktisch! Penéstin ist nicht groß, hat aber rundum tolle Strände, die ganze Presqu’île de Guérande kann man erkunden. Schönste Küsten, Marschgebiete, Salzfelder - ein Traum.

Excellent séjour

Très bon accueil, propriétaire très disponible. Maison neuve en parfait état avec tout le confort moderne (cuisine intégrée, 2 réfrigérateurs, grande salle de bain, cellier,...). Agréable salon de jardin. Seul bémol : si vous venez avec des enfants peu d'espace extérieur, mais il y a tellement de choses à faire et à voir dans la région ! Plage à 10 mn à pieds et commerces à proximité (dont Carrefour Market). Bref, nous recommandons vivement !

une jolie maison neuve, tout confort. proche du centre ville de Pénestin et proche de la belle plage de la mine d'or. La literie est superbe. petite terrasse très agréable quand le soleil veut bien venir. La propriétaire était disponible pour toute question.

A recommander!

La maison est conforme aux photos et aux descriptions. Elle est neuve, très propre et extrêmement bien équipée. Elle est proche de la plage, du sentier côtier et des commerces, on peut tout faire à pied. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires qui sont très gentils et serviables. Merci pour les spécialités locales qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.
