Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, wo der Gast wie ein König behandelt wird.

Hôtel avec un bon personnel, mais salle de sport hyper bruyante… on entend depuis les chambres même fermées !!! Je plains le personnel de cette salle qui va finir par devenir sourde !!! Ce n’est pas agréable de faire du sport, avec une musique aussi agressive et ultra bruyante !!! D’autre part les chambres sont bien sauf qu’il y’a des ouvertures (petites «fenêtres ») dans la salle de bain et donc on se retrouve avec lézard ou énorme insectes dans la chambre !!! C’est pas clean !!! Sinon cet hôtel est assez prêt d’un port pour l’accès à Bali…

The property was great, very clean but adding luxury in the name might be a stretch. My biggest pev was the bathroom, it had a clear plastic cover with shelves in front of it that gave a very clear view to the toilet from the room which became a big privacy problem. The breakfast offered was over the top bad, I’m not a picky person but the flys were horrendous and having uncovered food items and a bug zapper right beside the food was a huge turnoff. I tried twice but just couldn’t do it. On top the pancakes were not cooked. These were my negatives, the scooter we rented whisked us away to better eats at local kitchens... the bathroom issues could be uncomfortable for families and for you guys trying to leave a lasting impression.
