1 complet bathroom renewed in 2020, with new shower , washing machine.
1 bedroom with a double bed ( 150 )
A kitchen renewed in 2021 , equiped with microwave,dishwasher , fridge, iron and ironing board
Living equiped with a sofa-bed ( 140 ), TV , opening on the terrace.
The rental price includes everything, except for sheets and towels, which can be rented additionally if you book them in advance.Sheets: 10€ / stay for a complete set for one bed.Towels: 10€ / stay for a set (1 large + 1 medium + 1 small).
A deposit of 150€ is required.  This must be paid by bank transfer at least 72 hours before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out or if the deposit is paid in cash, it will be returned to you at check-out once the accommodation has been checked and if there are no damages or flaws.
Extra: End of stay cleaning 75€ mandatory.
