The location was fabulous!! We rented and enjoyed a pontoon boat for the week and docked it across from the house. We all swam in the lake - right there! Weather was superb, wineries are great. Penn Yan has a cute little main street with a good coffee shop. The house had lots of room for the family to gather as well as get private space. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Family Fun

The house is beautiful with plenty of space for all age groups. The gated grass area and the safety gates on the porch made it safer for small children.The dock had a few loose boards that need attention. Overall we had a great stay.

wonderful place but beds

This is a beautiful home - lovely, convenient location, receptive managers, and a front porch that is a slice of heaven. But the beds are not very good. Five of our party of seven came away with sore backs. But other than that, it was a fantastic place.
