The house has everything you need and the setting is lovely with lots of different outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the lake, the birds, the occasional train and wonderful hottub. 「Very nice property. Gary was very clear on rules, provided thoughts on things to do around the area (plenty of wineries and restaurants), and was very reachable for any questions. The place was very clean and is in a great location. Would rent again. 」

「We totally enjoyed the peaceful calm of this tiny house! In a world that is moving fast, it felt good to just slow down and breathe. Very private and secluded with limited cell service we just enjoyed watching butterflies dance on the lawn and later on, sipping beverages by the fure pit and star gazing. 「Our 2nd time here means we loved the place!…came a little to soon in the season cause the dock wasn’t in yet and weather just a little cool - hot tub wasn’t operational but the house itself was beautiful!」

「The place is excellent. We had one small hiccup about the dog but all in all everything went well after communicating the issue with the owner of the place. The place itself is very clean, amazing lake views and nice neighbours. It is located right in between Watkins Glen and Geneva. So we had chance to visit both sides of the lake. Highly recommend ! 」
