A wonderful and perfect vacation

We spent a wonderful holiday in a beautiful, idyllically located and just fantastic house. For us as a family with 2 children, we spent wonderful days at the pool and in nature, although it is a good half hour by car to the sea. Thanks to Claudia for the warm welcome, the many great tips and a wonderful holiday. We will definitely come again.

Erholsame Ferientage in einer Wohnung mit beeindruckendem Panorama

Wir haben 3 erholsame Wochen in der unteren Wohnung im Old House verbracht. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, angefangen von der großen Anzahl der zur Verfügung stehenden Handtücher, ausreichend Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel und Spülmaschinentabs, eine super gepflegte Waschmaschine und einem Wäscheständer mit Wäscheklammern, Geschirr. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Herzlichkeit mit der wir von unserer Vermieterin empfangen wurde. Sie hatte den Kühlschrank gefüllt, so dass wir nicht schon am ersten Abend einkaufen gehen mussten. Claudia hat uns mit vielen, vielen Informationen versorgt und war immer für uns ansprechbar. Die Wohnung, die Terrasse und vor allem auch der Pool sind top gepflegt. Der Pool ist wunderschön angelegt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist jeden Tag von neuem beeindruckend gewesen, auf der einen Seite der Blick ins Tal auf Felder und auf der anderen Seite der Blick auf die Sibilinischen Berge. Alle Fenster sind mit Mückenschutz versehen. Die Unterkunft kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Danke Claudia für Deine Gastfreundlichkeit.

Gemütliches Haus mit tollem Pool in grandiose Lage

Das Old House befindet sich unterhalb von Penna San Giovanni auf einem Hügel mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft. Der Pool hält die Versprechungen aus dem Inserat und ist das Highlight des Objekts. Der Ort selbst besticht mit seinem typischen italienischem Charme sowie seinen sehr freundlichen Einwohnern (die Freundlichste von allen war natürlich die Gastgeberin Claudia ;-). Für einen erholsamen Italien-Urlaub etwas abseits des touristischen Trubels absolut zu empfehlen.

La casa è ben ristrutturata, comoda e dotata di ogni confort; posizione incantevole con un panorama indimenticabile. Silenziosa, tranquilla. La piscina è sufficientemente grande, accessoriata, molto ben tenuta e con bellissima vista sui monti e sui paesi circostanti. Ottima esperienza, da ripetere.

Panoramablick von den Bergen bis zum Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Penna San Giovanni. Das Haus und die ganze Anlage samt Pool machen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Hervorzuheben sind die freundliche Vermieterin Claudia, die ruhige Lage mit Panoramablick und die trotzdem schnelle Erreichbarkeit des kleinen Ortes mit allem was man so brauchen kann. (Laden, Bäcker, Trattoria/Bar).

Toplocatie paradijsje

Het huis is nog mooier dan de plaatjes. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is naar alle kanten adembenemend. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden. ideaal voor uitstapjes. Naar zee is het echter best een eind. Naar Ancona ben je wel 1,5 uur zoet. Enige minpunt vond ik dat de beloofde fietsen er niet waren. Niet dat we ze misten, maar als je ze vermeldt dan zouden ze er ook moeten zijn. Claudia was een perfecte en lieve gastvrouw en verraste ons bij aankomst met allerlei lekkernijen zoals ham, meloen,, stokbrood en een fles heerlijke wijn van de streek. De Marken is een heerlijk gebied, niet toeristisch maar zo mooi. Ik kan het huis van harte aanbevelen. Niet verder zoeken maar snel boeken.
