In the past, I’ve often experienced staff who appear friendly but simply and conveniently respond with “I’m sorry, we don’t have that” or “not available” without even checking when I ask for something simple like hot water, fresh coffee, or a complimentary comb. Ida is completely different. She always responded with……

“This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.”
