    The Space:

    Relax and unwind in this spacious beachfront home and start your beach-cation off on the right foot! This home has a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare the most delicious beach snacks and meals for the entire group. The private balcony offers amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. This Gulf front home features beautiful, beach-themed decor and plenty of space for guests to relax. Soothe your muscles and unwind in the shared hot tub after swimming your day away either at the beach or at the shared swimming pool.



    What's nearby:

    Pack your sunscreen and bathing suit - the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps away! Splash in the emerald waters, build a sandcastle or watch for dolphins in the surf. Dine at any of the local restaurants located nearby, many are beachfront and all offer delicious seafood. Shop for beach gear and souvenirs at one of the local beach stores. We have stayed at San Souci in other condos but the first look at this condo door scared me because it was sooo filthy and uninviting. The inside was spotless. A great view! (The closet doors definitely need some serious help!)

Perfect location. Clean. Wonderful view. Patio furniture was not comfortable at all. Lighting in bathrooms not great. Several lights were burnt out. Smoking area not in ideal location.

Perfect spot!

Loved staying here! The pool/hot tub were very nice for our stay because the ocean was not able to be swam in due to the red flags. The condo was perfect for all our needs! And very clean!

Wonderful condo with spectacular views and easy access to Gulf. Kids also really enjoyed the use of the pool. Loved that we could walk to convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's. Both are directly across the street. Slept seven total (four adults and three kids). Tons of towels, bedding, etc. Perfect location and there's nothing better than a balcony overlooking the emerald green Gulf and white sand. Perfect!!
