「The property was super clean and there was a gorgeous view of the bay! I loved the views each morning! We brought our dog and the grass area was really nice being right there and a nice sized space. I think I got confused by the listing because usually when beach chair service is included it’s right across the street but we ended up not pursuing it because it was down the road. Unlike advertised and pictured though, there are 2 beds (one in each bedroom) and a sofa bed - not 3 beds (1 in one bedroom and 2 in the other bedroom) as stated and pictured. The number of beds was a deciding point for choosing this location, However, it worked out regardless and was a great weekend of beach relaxation.」

「The Emerald Isle was a construction site! The main pool was closed and a jack-hammer was constantly in use during the day. The arrival drop off area was partially blocked causing inconvenience and unnecessary delays. The second MORNING we were there the fire alarm was tested for almost two hours. 「Excellent side view of beach. Very spacious and clean. Only downfall, sectional does not open up as a sleeper so my girls had to sleep on different areas of the sofa which was fine for them but can be a little misleading for some. 」

「We’ve stayed in many places over the years and this has been by far the cleanest place we’ve stayed in. It was quiet and cozy. Easy access to the beach, cove, and pool. Shopping & restaurants. Our only complaint was not having any type of window coverings over the living room sliding glass door. The stairs might be a lot for anyone that may struggle with steps.
