I Never Leave Reviews But this One Deserves It! My husband and I reserved this condo for my son (who needs assistance) birthday from 9/19-9/21. We reserved through this company and when we arrived to check in, we were denied the stay due to a double reservation (Supposedly). They said the owner also reserved to someone for the same date. We never received any notification of this until we went to check in after traveling 6 hours. They rep whose name was Avari at Vrbo, told me to hang tight, and she and her team would find us a place, but we never heard back from them. No phone call or email. They Left us with no place to go. Thank God for the lady at the front desk of this actual property who made sure we had a place to sleep; I began to panic because we are from Georgia and it was getting late. This was an awful feeling. I have yet to receive an apology or a refund. Mind you I had to pay again to the company for another condo, and this took away from my son's celebration. But what if I didn't have any money left? So, whoever this is that owns this condo, Ive never had such an awful experience. My Husband, Son and I didn't deserve this because you excepted money and you knew you were booked. And last, the emails you all sent about the cancellation were sent after we came back home. You should have sent them before we left.
