This exquisitely furnished one bedroom, one bath condo features the nicest amenities including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile flooring throughout.

Enjoy the view of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. You will love lounging by the pool, relaxing in the sun , watching dolphins in the morning and viewing the sunset at this peaceful vacation spot.

The view was spectacular! Balcony overlooks the large pool. The property owner has the condo equipped nicely with bath towels, amble supply of cooking supplies and dishes. King bed and ceiling fan were definitely a plus! Bed was a bit soft for us. Glad we brought our own pillows. Washer and dryer was a great amenity. The 4 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas were also great to have! Check-in was easy and great communication with the owner. The closet lacked hangers, so we purchased a few. Hopefully housekeeping leaves them for the next guests.

This condo had everything we needed except beach towels. It’s not a dealbreaker and I know most other places in Pensacola don’t provide them either but it would make it a bit more convenient when traveling by plane and just want to pack a carry on. Otherwise we had a great stay. The location is great, the condo is very clean and communication from the owner was very easy.
