Great View of the Ocean!

This was a perfect location for the beach. Very clean condo and the beds were comfortable. It’s an easy drive to the boardwalk.

Great property - great management

This property is perfect for groups. Three bedroom, all with their own bathrooms. Large living area. Very large kitchen. The views were absolutely AMAZING. The best views we've had in P-Cola. The kitchen, unlike most units we've rented, was well stocked for cooking. The management group was super friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend both the property and the management company. We'll be back.

The check in was smooth and painless. All the information needed was sent the day of arrival, and it was basically walk in and make yourselves at home. The kitchen had all the necessities and is fully equipped with appliances and the in unit laundry room was a definite plus.The unit has a dedicated parking slot down in the garage which was convenient for unpacking and packing when the trip was finished.WiFi and four TVs provided for plenty of bandwidth and entertainment for winding down after a day at the beach. No negotiating for what watch.The view from the property gave us full views of the Gulf and Bay located about halfway down the peninsula right next to the convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's. The trolley stop directly in front of the property gave us easy access to everything and a day at the beach is only a 5 minute walk across the street. The beach by the property was outstanding so we pretty much spent our whole week there rather than becoming beach nomads like we usually do.Can't say enough except we'll definitely be looking to stay again for our next visit!

Just book it

We booked this condo for a quick weekend trip to watch our college boys run a cross country race. Accompanying us were our parents so I wanted a 3 BR, 3 BA place. I hesitated on booking this place initially bc it wasn’t directly on the beach. But after seeing the positive reviews we decided to take it. The hostess greeted my parents when they got there and showed them around. I didn’t get to meet her but they said she was very accommodating. The condo itself is very spacious, the rooms are spread out so you feel that you have your own space. The cabinets were stocked with everything , plus more, that you would need The wrap around balcony offered a beautiful view!! The walk across the street was not a big deal. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice as well. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again. Oh, and Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant was right next door. It was so convenient that we ate there both nights! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Week in Paradise

Pensacola Beach is my happy place and our family spent an incredible week at Emerald Dolohin 1250.
