「Great house, pool just feet away from door, secure location, we had the best times. Had problems with AC but management team was all over it and took care of problem. Thank you. Awesome little folder in house with local things to do, places to eat, captains to charter boats from and other suggestions. (Best suggestion was The REEF. Excellent little dive/diner) I'm sure there is more great places but we only had couple days. Hope to visit again soon」

「We love Pensacola and chose this house for the promontory to local attractions and short walking distance to the beaches. The fenced in back yard and private pool were exactly what we needed especially considering it was a dog friendly home. 」

「The house is two blocks off the gulf and across the street from the intercostal. A quick walk to the beach with easy access. There is convenient parking in the driveway. 「Staying at "Joe’s place" felt like staying at a friend’s house. It was super comfortable and he took care of every little detail. If you cook, you’ll love the kitchen. Each time I looked for a pot or utensil, it was there, even a steamer for our crab. He has salt and pepper and a few spices, but you’ll need to bring things like vegetable oil and special spices.
