Ideal for couples or small families, this bright and inviting retreat combines coastal serenity with unbeatable access to entertainment and adventure.

    Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy refreshing breezes and stunning Gulf views—the perfect place to start your morning or unwind after a day in the sun. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or enjoy takeout from nearby restaurants. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa + 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

    The only thing better than the views is the location. Phoenix X sits right next door to the legendary Flora-Bama, famous for daily live music, cold drinks, fun events, and its unbeatable beachfront atmosphere. Just across the street, you'll find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club and Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports, offering jet ski rentals, pontoon boats, fishing charters, and more—everything you need for a full vacation without ever getting in your car.

Beautiful beach front room. This room was beautiful and the master bed so comfortable. The balcony faces the ocean and the building has staggered architecture to enable unobstructed views. The pools and hot tub were very relaxing and the gym was perfect for vacation workouts. The beach was easy to reach and accessible for quick visits for sunsets or all day sun and sand fun.

Loved the room, decor. Very clean. The view was amazing and breathtaking. Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony. We also enjoyed being in walking distance from the Flora Bama bar as well as the yacht club. One day it was a misty rain so we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs. Such a great place to relax and enjoy the beach.

anniversary trip

had a great time. check in was easy. everything was perfect. wish weather would have been a little better. the best was it was next door to the flora bama so we could walk over and listen to music whenever we wanted. overall a great stay.

Ideal Location

Condo is ideal location for the beach and next door to the Flora-Bama Lounge! No need to get into your car other than grocery run. Condo is in excellent condition and very very clean. NO complaints!

Condo had what we required for our basic needs. It is nothing fancy. Early check-in and late check-out were offered at a highly inflated price. We were fine with the extra distance but others might want to know that the parking garage is on the far side of building so if you are staying in a condo with number x01, x02, x03, those are the farthest from the parking garage. There was a gross brown stain on sofa, broken garbage can, and broken wine opener. Only one tiny skillet.

Two week vacation

This is the first time my husband and I had two weeks away from our home. We could not have enjoyed our time more. We participated in many activities. The condo was well located for easy access. My sisters who live in Louisiana were able to join us over the weekend. The condo was just as pictured and the amenities were everything we could need for a longer stay. The management company was easy to work with and all ran smoothly. We would definitely recommend this condo as a place to stay.

Honeymoon Heaven

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon! It is such a perfect location being able to walk to Flora-Bama is amazing! The condo does have a blow dryer attached to the wall. There is also an air fill station for inflatables which is super convenient. I highly recommend staying here if you want a two person getaway. If you have a small infant, it could be feasible as well if you have the required furniture you need packed with you! The property is very clean and wonderful!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and there were several things about the condo that we really appreciated. The view from the balcony was beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. Having a full kitchen, along with a washer and dryer in the unit, was extremely convenient and made our vacation much more comfortable. The condo itself had been nicely updated and looked modern and inviting.There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. Upon arrival, we felt the condo was not as clean as it should have been. The floors and countertops were dirty, and we actually left the unit cleaner than we found it. The bed was quite uncomfortable, the pillows were poor quality, and the sheets were very thin and felt inexpensive. The location of the unit, being at the very end of the complex, also meant a long walk from the parking garage each time we came and went. Finally, noise from the unit above—especially from chairs being moved across the floor—was noticeable and sometimes disruptive.In terms of value, we felt the price was reasonable for the location and amenities, but the overall experience could have been better considering the cost. A little more attention to cleanliness and guest comfort would go a long way toward making the property feel like a better value.Overall, the condo has a lot of positives, especially the view, amenities, and updated interior, but a few improvements in cleanliness, bedding quality, and noise control would make for a much better stay.

Balcony appears bigger on line than what it really is. Taller chairs with no cushion so when it rains could be dried easily. Did supply a good amount of of towels and wash clothes. Condo was very clean and had great views. All in all is was a good stay.
