"This a unique property, very cosy and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised and very charming with a well presented modern attached bathroom. Karen was a really helpful host and the location for us was great especially as Karen gave us so much advice and assistance to plan our day in the Grampians. Sadly due to the cloud cover we did not get to see the night sky but on a clear night anyone keen on stargazing will have a great view. "Repeat customer here. Lovely place, lovely owner who is so warm and welcoming. The area is quiet and feels safe. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy beds. Great amenities and close to centre of town. I visit this area a few times a year for work and do not feel the need to look elsewhere for a bed anymore in the area. After a hard day on the road such friendly smiley welcomes go a long way!"
