For the price, the room was much more spacious than I expected. Although they don't do housekeeping unless requested, the staff responded promptly whenever we asked for something. And Penticton itself is very underrated.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comforable and the shower was nice and lage. Nespresso coffee was a nice touch. I didn't like that you had to go outsde to get to the pool and hottub.

When you book a hotel that has EV charging as part of the services then you pull up and tell you they don’t own the chargers do you feel they false advertised? I do especially when they charge $3.50 an hour!! At least put the charge on your website so people can make an educated decision on where to stay. I hope the upcoming renovation will change this experience.

Paid to much for a room with broken loose tap air conditioning was not adjustable no daily room service coffee machine was insufficient lobby coffee maker was terrible coffee won’t stay there again.
