Hotel was decent. We booked a non smoking room, as soon as we opened thr door, the stench of cigarettes hit us. There seemed to be a large convention being held at the same time as our stay, by the time we ad made it down to breakfast, everything was almost gone. The only things left were the English muffins, some kids yogurt and the beverages... checking out, had to ring the bell twice, receptionist seemed upset saying she got busy upstairs.

Staff is kind & relational. Mattresses were acceptable. Room is dark. Lightbulbs had to be requested when housekeeping should have caught it. Worst breakfast of any hotel we’ve stayed at. Security was compromised on the door to outside.

The hotel is a little outdated and the carpet smells like it's been there for a little while. The breakfast was about normal for most hotels. The staff does not clean the room so unless you ask them to. I stayed there for a week and they never even knocked on the door. Had to leave my trash outside the door and use Walmart bags for replacements in the cans. Bathroom was decent however it looked like they clean the surface of the toilet but nobody's taking a scrub brush to it in a while. I would say it's okay if you just stay in the weekend but no longer than that. The sheets were soft but the towels felt like brillo pads.

The building doesn’t have an elevator so my brother had to carry my heavy suitcase to the second floor. He hurt his back doing so. The lobby and hallways were hot. I don’t think they ran the A/C out there. I was able to control the temp in my room though. The drain in the bathroom was super slow. The TV would turn itself off after watching for 1 hour. It did that hour after hour.

We had to do an emergency stay as a family of 4 and it was fast check in the room was clean and I couldn't hear anyone in other rooms. It felt like a relaxing, clean, and safe environment and was at a great cost especially in a pinch.

Room itself was fine. Quiet, decent beds, well located, and clean. But, breakfast was a joke--don't bother. Service was horrible. We stayed 3 nights, there was no room service first 2 nights. 3rd day, we asked the front desk to get some, they demanded we bring all the dirty towels there before they would give me fresh ones. Stayed at 100s of hotels in my life, that was a first. She implied I might be stealing some if I didn't bring them up to the desk. Very low quality towels too. Very cheap and accusative people running that place. Won't be returning unless I absolutely have to.

The staff were kind and tried to be helpful. The room was very dark and the furniture was badly stained. It smelled musty and the air conditioner was completely off when we arrived on a high heat index day. There was pet hair all over the box spring on the bed. The faucet handle in the tub was dirty and appeared to have mold in it. The shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly, so the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed while showering. There were stains on the carpet as well. The breakfast options seemed ok, however the bagel I tried to eat was so hard I couldn't even split it to put in the toaster. We decided to cancel our stay here for the return trip.

Parking was very easy as I could able to access my room from the backdoor. Given my hand condition I felt relief that I could able to load and unload stuff without much effort. That being said I have to admit that this is the least clean or poor quality inn’s I’ve ever been. Sinks and bathrooms are so moldy and unclean.
