“Lovely warm home, great quality linens etc. The home is a wee bit tired but beautifully presented. The view down to the water across to the ranges is amazing. We sat there in the afternoons into the evening marvelling at the change of colours and light. Well set up. Even has a coffee plunger (that gets a gold star as we do love our plunger coffee). “Everything you could need for a long or short stay. Great veranda to enjoy the morning coffee from (or any time of day). If your tall, you need to watch the height of a couple of the doorways at night. Would definitely stay again.”

“Nelson is a wonderful community, and this property is ideally located -- close to downtown, grocery stores, and nearby hiking. Shared bike/ped paths were also nearby for quick access. The unit has a couple of bicycles, and we used these as our primary in-town transportation. The kitchen is well equipped with a good complement of appliances. The garden is a quiet haven with lots of flowers, herbs, and fruit trees. This place is a great find!”

“Property was great. Fantastic view from lounge & hot tub. Relaxing place with all facilities that you need for a holiday. Unfortunately check in was very stressful as the check in information didn’t come through prior to arrival & when travelling internationally you don’t readily have access to contact the host via email or phone which resulted in unnecessary international roaming costs to resolve. However once the check in issue was resolved we were able to really enjoy our stay in Nelson……

“My family and I loved our stay in this new apartment. It's often hard to find something really great quality in a great location but this was spot on. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us with our daughter making us feel settled right away. I have to say the bed was incredibly comfortable and really appreciated the high quality of the decor and items such as towels and linen. It really did feel like a luxurious weekend away.”

“Had a lovely ANZAC weekend at Fern Tree cottage - even went to the service at 11am just down the road. Spacious and warm, and just around the corner from the shops and bakery. Kids loved the rooms, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommended.”

“This is a nice small bach, in lovely surroundings but there is no kitchen sink which means you have to do your washing up in the bathroom which is bizarre. Facilities include BBQ and microwave but no stove/kitchen”
