“I didn't get my email as to the room entry code until after I arrived - not cool and very stressful. It eventually showed up that evening”

“The worst two nights of my life in a hotel ever! Our room was over the bar (not identified anywhere during reservations). Music and partying until 4 am. Zero sleep. Second night, the shared balcony had drunk party-ers right outside door until 2 am. Walls and ceilings so thin we heard everything…. And I do mean everything!! This hotel used to be a nice place that is so convenient to the jetty. We loved staying there for the convenience in the past. Never again!!! I will give up the……

“I stayed in the 2 bedroom room in the old building and it is xtremely old looking room, it didnt look as the ones advertised. Stains in the ceiling, furniture was falling appart in the bedroom and kitchen. Room was well equipped but it hasnt been upgraded forever. And it had a very unpleasant smell. Dirty windows. Great AC I also booked another room in the newer building for my parents and that one was good. Front desk staff were supper nice and helpful. Pool was nice and clean Proximity……

“We have come here twice now while in town for the weekend. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The hotel is very clean and has a fresh scent…it doesn’t have a humid and musty feel the way other hotels tend to have. The breakfast offered was very good and kept well stocked. We will be here often during our travels to this town. Thank you for providing an excellent stay while we are exhausted from our travels.”

“The beds and pillows are amazing!”

“I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!”

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……
