This open and airy Cape Cod inspired home sits on beautiful Ossawinnamakee Lake. The Nantucket Inn has 3 bedrooms & 3 baths and 2332 SF of living space. Located in Breezy Point. This property is close to everything, but you won't want to leave. Enjoy your days on the lake with 600 ft of water frontage, panoramic lake views from every room in the house, large decks for sunbathing and entertaining and 1.5 acres of lush green grass. Enjoy swimming on the point, the nearby loons and sandy lake bottom. This property affords plenty of room for yard games and entertaining the little ones.

Great weekend getaway with a private and spacious backyard.

We had 8 friends of mine get together for a reunion. Great location and had plenty of space in the backyard to enjoy yard games, kick back by the dock with your feet in the water or at the fire pit to round out the night. This place was a great fit for adults and or families traveling with kids for a busy summer getaway.

Beautiful!

We had a rainy Saturday, but man did the screened in porch save the day. It was perfect for hanging out to let the rain pass. This house and property is stunning, a perfect escape to the lake. Bonfires galore and lots of wild life!
