「Excellent customer service」

「I rented the cheap room, it didn't have a refrigerator, it didn't have a microwave, something that in any motel there is because it's the basic, even a motel of 40 dollars has it and this one that cost 115 no, not to mention the quilts, I think they were dirty and old from what it looked」

「Hot tub was closed. Room smelt horrible, like pure chemicals. It triggered my daughter’s asthma. The pillow cases were very yellow. Also sheets were dirty. You could see through the curtains. Towels , shower curtain and shower curtain were also yellow. Dirty under the fridge. The carpet was coming up by the bathroom, it was a literal trip hazard. The furniture was chipped and old. The breakfast food was outdated and poor breakfast. The access to the building was open all night. I would...

「It’s a very beautifully rustic hotel. It felt cozy. Rooms are big and spacey. Staff are very nice and helpful. The Continental Breakfast was good and had lots of option. The Waterpark was just right for smaller kids and the Arcade was a hit as well. Would stay again. The only bad thing my family and I agreed upon was the mattresses were not comfortable. We were glad we brought our own pillows.」

「I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again.」

「I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. 」
