"Positively: the room was clean, we appreciated a room with 3 queen beds, the AC worked, check-in was smooth Negatively: the breakfast was high carb with few protein options and the coffee was out, our room was hot when we arrived and the AC took a long time to cool down, the bathroom fan did not work"

"For the price, it was a good place to stay for one night. At that price, you can't expect perfection, but the room was clean and comfortable. Some of the furnishings were a little dated (one lamp did not work), but the A/C and fridge worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the shower hot. The lady at the check-in desk was helpful but seemed to be manually writing down our credit card number on a slip of paper, which was a little disconcerting as we don't know where that will end up."

"I checked in Tuesday evening and the front desk lady was very unfriendly. It was jarring and unexpected. I can definitely understand circumstances and different personalities, but it went beyond that. She was mean. Aside from that, I had a few issues with my room. There was a strong musty smell in the room that I'm guessing is from lack of air flow. I got stuffy just being in the room. Other than that, my room was good. I was frustrated overall because for the price of the room, I didn't feel as though the service or the quality held up. 3/5 on the room. 2/5 on customer service (the morning shift lead was kind), and 4/5 on the overall hotel amenities and foyer."

"We had a fantastic experience here. The house was fully equipped to cook every meal while we were there. Drip coffee maker and Nespresso Vertuo was there too. Swim spa was a great touch and check-in/out was easy and super accommodating!"
