The property is severely unhygienic and heavily infested with cockroaches; we found them crawling in the bathroom, making the space entirely unusable. Furthermore, the hotel is a consumer scam. "Lovely room with mini fridge, great shower and balcony and really comfortable beds. Brilliant free activities for kids and teens morning 10am, afternoon 3pm and night 9pm. Watch out for the special kids activities like art classes that come with an extra charge as these at €25 are quite pricey. Activities for adults and kids are shared across three hotels in Chia Laguna so padel and table tennis were across the road but only a couple of minutes walk. There was no yoga on when we stayed which was disappointing. Food at Domus restaurant was plentiful and varied, no junk food which was great but no pizza or gelati (if you want pizza or ice cream you need to buy it from the piazza bar). Restaurant servers were not very friendly, except for the guys bringing out the food who were excellent and very helpful. There is an optional surcharge added to your bill on check out for tips for waiting staff. There is handy free road train that goes to the beautiful sandy beach nearby every 15 minutes which is brilliant. The water is clear and safe for swimming. There is a beach bar for drinks snd ice cream and an excellent water sports centre. We went horse riding near the hotel: 1hr beginners ride €45pp. We only spent a little time by the hotel pool which has a snack bar because the sun beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The beach sun loungers are divided up by hotel so the Village section has hard sun loungers. Conrad guests get lovely padded loungers so we used them in the back row."

"A breathtaking view and a wonderful getaway, especially for couples. We stayed in an annex room. The air conditioning in that room is not adequate for summer temperatures. (No heat wave, just normal temps) We requested a fan but was not available. Had we known, would have bought one in Cagliari and donated. We had two rather uncomfortable nights. Otherwise, meals were excellent. All staff gracious and accommodating. It is a remarkable experience."

"Absolutely beautiful place and great location. Property owner was great about communicating, gave us some great suggestions for markets and restaurants. The Villa is close to a resort that has an amphitheatre which had music two of the 6 nights that we were there and it was very loud and went very late. That was the only negative."

"I cannot recommend Alessandra’s place more highly. It was the perfect place for our break in Sardinia. Private, spacious, and well equipped with everything you’d need. We enjoyed tennis and cooking outside, sunbathing on the roof, and were within 5 minute drive of some of the must stunning beaches. Would absolutely recommend staying. We also fell in love with the very sweet local cat who comes with the place. Magic!"
