“This resort is overpriced for the condition of the property. There are not many restaurant options outside of the resort, so we felt we had to eat at the resort restaurants, which were underwhelming for the prices. The resort staff were friendly and helpful, but service was slow, possibly because it is under staffed.”
“Lovely room with mini fridge, great shower and balcony and really comfortable beds.
Brilliant free activities for kids and teens morning 10am, afternoon 3pm and night 9pm. Watch out for the special kids activities like art classes that come with an extra charge as these at €25 are quite pricey. Activities for adults and kids are shared across three hotels in Chia Laguna so padel and table tennis were across the road but only a couple of minutes walk. “Beautiful holiday
The premises is immaculate and the breakfast superb. All hotel staff from management, front of house, waiter/waitresses, maids and pool life guard including maintenance are there to help at any moment.
The pool is kept stunning and a delight to lounge around or swim.
Would we return? Absolutely 💯

“Avoid This Hotel.
This hotel feels more like a 2-star establishment.
The hotel is isolated, located above a supermarket, and offers very basic facilities. Despite being advertised as a spa hotel, there is no spa. The rooms are very noisy.
While showering our baby daughter, the metal shower control knob fell off, creating a serious safety risk. Instead of apologising and acknowledging the danger, staff dismissed our concerns, saying it was only 3 cm and not a big deal. Moving us to another……
“Tutto perfetto… Massima disponibilità e gentilezza di tutto il personale. Visto che la mia camera era al piano terra dove c’è la sala colazione, mi è stata offerta gratuitamente una camera più grande al piano alto. Posizione comodissima sia per le spiaggia che per la sera e ho trovato sempre parcheggio con estrema facilità.”
“Really enjoyed our stay at the resort; not too crowded when we where there, only things we missed would suggest is gym facility, tv screen was a bit small and some Coffee/Tea / water facilities in the room ( apart from the mini bar), beautiful location and easy to get info Pula. And surroundings”
