「A very good place. Peace and quiet in October sun, super view, comfortable and spacious house, very nice terrace. Maurízio welcomed us, took care of us, was very helpful. We were able to check in early and check out later. Regarding the house itself, only the furniture in the kitchen needs replacing and the silicone in the bathroom. The rest is great. 」

「Well equipped house. Two bedrooms were downstairs and colder which was great as the average daily temperature was around 40°. Anyway A/C would be available throughout. There are many beaches nearby and it is a perfect place. Only small thing: the shown pool is not at the house but you needed to walk quite a bit. Thus we never used it. And Ivano was very responsive and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, boat rental etc. Would come again here.」

「This was our first visit to Sardinia and we chose Chia as our location as it’s within a fairly easy drive of two locations we needed to get to for a wedding.
