Stayed at Soratama for a week, came in with great expectations as the location and all I can say is that it was a great disapointment.
Arrogant entitled front desk staff with zero empathy or sense of customer service.
Too many things too list but ill summarize it.
"Breakfast " was a complete joke, did not expect anything Grand but the bare min and I would be content, they have the bravery of serving old hard bread and all bakery goods every single day, you need to chase the servers for spoons, sweetners, salt and coffee or any condiments, if you ask for an omelette you will get raw eggs, super watery juice, fermented chia pudding, complete lack of competence, and if you point it out they will not bring you a proper made to taste one, no replacements, no guests allowed after 7 pm so my mother in law could not be with our 6 month old baby after that
Elevator super slow and just 1 for the whole hotel that barely 3 people can fit in.
They tried to charge taxes to my wife because shes dual citizen ( Canadian / Colombian )
One day they were called to clean the room late ( 430 pm ) but instead of cleaning, they decide to spray what felt like a full can of freshner and upon returning we had to stay out for over one hour with a 6 month old baby because it was intoxicating
Brought it up at front desk and the guy on duty smiled at us with a clown look and replied ( so no freshner tomorrow?)
