"Отель и вся инфраструктура в отличном состоянии, а вот по сервису есть явные проблемы и пробелы. Во время заселения сотрудника отеля интересовал только тот факт, что она не видит проплату номера онлайн. Перетаптываюсь с ноги на ногу около нее довольно долго, пока она строго повторяет время от времени - "не вижу оплаты". Наконец, оплата найдена, никакой другой инфо мне не сообщается, и я отправляюсь в корпус Панорама с лыжами и другими вещами. В корпусе на ресепшен никого нет, приходится лыжи...
