「Room was clean. It had a kitchen and had cups, plates, pans, kettle and toaster. The location is next to the Danube. The check in is done by email so no staff.」

「There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.」

「The room is clean and comfortable. However, there is no air-conditioners during the heat wave. Opening the window was not an option since there was loud music at the lakeside and people shouting till 1 am. It is not near the city center and it takes around 15 mins. However, walking along the lakeside to city center is very pleasant. Parking is also easy.」
