Wonderful view

A nice and peaceful stay, beautiful surroundings, and great restaurants nearby. We missed some supplies in the kitchen when we came and also discovered that the bed was broken. But over all it was s very nice stay at this beautiful place, nice apartment and a nice pool to cool down in.

Excellent communication with the very understanding and flexible property manager.The location, views, outdoor sitting areas and pool great for us. We did find that the place could have used a few more tea towels, plus some kitchen cloths and also a deep clean of all those corners considering the rather steep and unusual 160 cleaning fee…Would we go there again? Knowing what to expect, yes!

Geweldige lokatie en uitzicht.

Vooraf fijne en duidelijke communicatie echter bij aankomst geen infomap aanwezig (denk hierbij aan huisregels, alarmnummers en afvalverwerking). Goede bedden alleen het beddengoed is aan vervanging toe. Mooi welkomstpakket met een lekker flesje wijn, echter wijnglazen moet je zelf meenemen of kopen, want die waren niet aanwezig. Servies is redelijk compleet maar ook gedeeltelijk aan vervanging toe. Nette badkamer die up to date is. De slaapkamer met enkelbedden en douche zijn moeilijk te ventileren. Omgeving prachtig en lekker verkoelend en goed onderhouden zwembad inclusief covid-19 regels en desinfectie. Communicatie met Lake Como ter plaatse moeizaam ivm "afvalverwerking". Oplossing zelf gezocht, optie die aangeboden werd om 2.5 week afval te laten staan in de berging vonden we uit hygiënisch oogpunt niet passend. Kortom mooi maar toch ook de nodige aandachtspunten.

Sehr schöner Blick auf den See, oberhalb von Varenna. Abfahrt für ungeübte Autofahrer nicht ideal.

Die Wohnung war ok, allerdings die Beschreibung der Anfahrt verwirrend. Nur italienische TV-Sender. Zweites Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf einen Schacht.

Alto Perledo Terrazzo

September 2017 Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub und sind ganz begeistert von der Ferienwohnung, dem tollen Ausblick etc. Auch der Empfang mit Prosecco, Milch und Marmeladehörnchen war sehr liebevoll. Auch hat uns zu guter Letzt Perledo bzw Varenna viel besser gefallen als Belaggio und Menaggio, wo wir eigentlich zuerst eine Unterkunft gesucht haben. Also, per Zufall genau richtig gelandet und sehr schöne 5 Tage verbracht. Gerne empfehlen wir Sie weiter. Herzliche Grüße + ganz herzlichen Dank für den guten Tipp und die super Vermittlung.
