「The apartment was spacious, even with the extra bed they kindly put up for us so that our son could visit. Don't under estimate the steepness of the climb to the apartment! We walked up in the rain from the train station with luggage. The short cut paths will save you some time but the cobbles are very slippy when wet. However the view from the balcony when the rain cleared made it worthwhile, it must be the best view we have ever had from a holiday home!Our only issue was the bed, it was creaky...

「We enjoyed the Bologna house. It was high up on the hill and could only get there by taxi or bus. Very seldom were we able to find an available taxi and the bus just drove past where we stayed. When we called the property manager and said we were having trouble getting rides, he hung up on us. Property was nice but not a place I would return to.」

「Nice apartment but no mention whatsoever that you can only use the pool for 1 hour a day and the Jacuzzi for half an hour a day. ( advert makes it sound like you have your very own jacuzzi but you done. It’s shared with about 12 other Apartments ). Garden needs a tidy up. BBQ could’ve been cleaned properly ( as it wasn’t I left it in the same state of found it ). Apartment itself is nice a modern. Lovely views」

「Pros: Het uitzicht is adembenemend. Het huis is groot en aan alle gemakken is gedacht! Zwembad, jacuzzi, sauna maar ook koekjes, koffie, wijn etc stond al op ons te wachten! Super gastvrij en een echte aanrader. Wij waren met 2 kinderen en een hond. Cons: De herrie van de jacuzzi (vooral ‘s avonds). Ik denk dat het om het verwarmen gaat. Maar ‘s avonds buiten zitten in stilte kon niet. Maar dat kon de pret niet drukken.」

「This was right in the town and perfect for walking. There is a bar outside the apartment that can get quite loud but only until Midnight so don't worry, the location makes up for that. Make sure you get clear instructions on the front na apartment door locks because it was tricky- especially after a few Spritz's The view is much better than the photos show and it is very spacious. 「It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio」

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
