Apartment La Grande Bellezza with Lake View, Communal Spa & Wi-Fi

With a view of the lake, the holiday apartment La Grande Bellezza in Perledo is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The 60 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.

Furthermore, a shared gym and a shared sauna are available on the property.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.

The holiday apartment also has a shared indoor pool for guests to enjoy.

Walking/driving distance to airport: 69km Bergamo Airport.

Free parking is available on the property.

Pets are allowed.

The property has a step-free interior.

An elevator is available in the building.



The communal spa area is there for your enjoyment and must be booked daily for an hour of private use

It includes:

Indoor heated pool with jets, available 365 days a year.

The steam room also available 365 days a year and has an additional electricity consumption cost per 30 minutes to heat it up.

The sauna is available 365 days and has an additional electricity consumption cost per 2 hours of pre-heating time.

There is a token system at the entry to the spa to turn on the steam room/sauna. You can change coins or notes for tokens using the change machine (no credit cards).

The outdoor jacuzzi is available from 1st April to 30th October and has a separate 1/2 hour time-slot booking system.

Please note that house bedding is set accordingly to the reservation guests number, considering 1 couple every 2 person: for 2 guests it will be prepared 1 double size bed, for 4 guests they will be prepared 2 double size beds, if you need a different bedding, as an example 2 guests not a couple so 2 double size beds needed instead of one, please write a note after the booking. In absence of this specific note we shall not be liable of inadequate number of bed linen

Nice Apartment

Nice apartment but no mention whatsoever that you can only use the pool for 1 hour a day and the Jacuzzi for half an hour a day. ( advert makes it sound like you have your very own jacuzzi but you done. It’s shared with about 12 other Apartments ). Garden needs a tidy up. BBQ could’ve been cleaned properly ( as it wasn’t I left it in the same state of found it ). Apartment itself is nice a modern. Lovely views
