「Excellent hotel and staff! Good food especially the special restaurant on rooftop, nice beach and pools, best for small children ,It was perfevt vacation!」

「Everyone one was proactive」

「Clean room, very friendly staff overall it was great stay」

「The room cleaning could be improved, as it did not meet expectations. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothbrushes were not provided, which was disappointing.」

「I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again.」

「Great place to stay, very near beaches, restaurants and bars. Lovely pool area with plenty of beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks」

「I enjoyed swimming and chilling out the most」

「I emailed to inform them I was vegan. My first breakfast nothing for me. Improved on my 2nd breakfast. I would say all the food was average. 」

「Booked for a week, left within 24hrs, others were also doing the same whilst we were checking out, all with hygiene, health & safety and noise complaints. Room initially looked big, floor clean & just dated, had no crockery pans etc to cook with but someone did bring to room couple hours later. Then found creatures in the bed, which made us pull sheets off & found disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows stained, someone let themselves in room whilst we were in bed at night, balcony was filthy,...

「The hotel staff were welcoming and polite throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day, which was appreciated. The breakfast was good with a decent selection, and the swimming pool was clean. The pool bar staff were also friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend the hotel and definitely would come back again」

「The hotel is amazing, clean, good size, the pool was a good size. Check in was very smooth and easy. Room was spectacular and spacious, clean. There is so much cupboard space the mini fridge in the room was good. Food was amazing 」

「Good staff, but the property needs a refresh.」

「Stayed here for one night all inclusive ‘a holiday within a holiday’ Great all inclusive, good location, good choice of food & drinks. Only negative was the magician entertainment - no personality! But we still enjoyed it and would stay again!」

「Everything is good. New rooms, very polite and friendly personnel. Swimming pool is not very big and it is lack of free chaise-longues.」

「Schöne und grosse Unterkunft mit super bequemen Bett. Super Staff und sehr sehr gutes Essen!」
