「Although I contacted Jose months in advance to inform him of my arrival time and get info about the keys, he didn't even acknowledge my emails. In the end, I had to contact the insurance Helpline, and they had to send him a deadline and cut off time. Right before the insurance was to cancel my reservation, Jose contacted me saying that he had double booked. He wanted to house me elsewhere for the first night. When I asked for a taxi to get to and from the new place (I had booked his place close...

「Schreckliche Unterkunft.
