Ideally located to discover the historic center of Perpignan, this superb duplex contemporary loft located between Place Arago and Place Republic.
It consists of a large living room with open views of the roofs, fully equipped US kitchen opening onto a living terrace of 40 sqm.

Perfect for our first visit to Perpignan.

For our one-week stay in Perpignan, this apartment was perfectly located to visit the historic part of town. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We found the property very clean and made good use of its spacious terrace. The accomodation was surprisingly quiet for being in the touristic centre. All modern facilities were available and the WiFi proved easy to connect in the end. The comfort of the two bathrooms and three toilets was much appreciated by our party of six and the bedrooms felt spacious. Aircon was a god send as it was very hot at the end of July.

Lovely apartment with large rooftop terrace

This is a lovely apartment with large rooftop terrace. It occupies the 3rd and 4th floor of an apt block in the old town , very central for everything. The apt is on 2 levels with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 3rd floor. All the bedrooms had their own air con unit which was very welcome, plenty of space . The main bedroom has an en-suite with walk in shower and the other 2 bedrooms share a small shower room . Two walk in wardrobes ensure plenty of storage. It is very spacious. Another flight of stairs leads up to the open plan lounge/ kitchen and leads onto the roof terrace. Very well appointed, all facilities and good wifi . Terrace has rattan sofa and a table and chairs and has the sun most of the day . There is however no shade. The apt is in a good location , 5 mins walk from the bus stop and shops . Getting around by bus was very easy and cheap. We had excellent communication with the owners who were very accommodating. Due to the amount of stairs it’s not suitable tor people with restricted mobility and the terrace could do with some shade or parasol especially in the summer months. We did experience some occasional noise after hours but this is maybe to be expected right in the city centre. We had a lovely stay in Perpignan and would definitely consider staying at this apt again.
