"This hotel is worn out. The reception staff were not particularly friendly and didn’t tell us that there was no room service unless you asked for it by 10.00am.After the first day of no room service we complained and the next day it was done. However, they still didn’t tell us that we had to request it, so the next day it also wasn’t serviced.We’ve never encountered this before. Also, the stair carpet leading to our room was not cleaned in the four days that we stayed. We know this because there was a leaf on one of the steps when we checked in and it was still there when we left. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast and that was good.This is not the standard that we expected and we will never stay there again."

"Gorgeous hotel. Super child friendly, yet perfect for adults too. My only complaint was that the pool is FREEZING! But other than that it was one of my favourite family holidays. "

"Nice surroundings. Liked the apartment. It was spacious and comfy. Would have been nice to have coffee and tea provided and more than one toilet roll. TV was not working on arrival but it was fixed the next day. No hot water on the last morning of our stay so no shower (we needed to get on the road so didn't want to wait for maintenance to come over and fix it while I was still in our pyjamas!). Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good but not available on the last day as they don't do breakfasts during the week during quiet periods. Wanted to try the pool but it wasn't available Sunday morning as it was being cleaned and Sunday afternoon it was too busy so gave it a miss."

"Me and my fiance stayed here for our anniversary and we loved it! The spa was amazing 10/10 but the only detail to note is that spa is separate and you have to pay a fee of £50 per person which would be worth it - we actually got 2 hour slots for free as the main pool steam room and sauna were out of use so we was super happy we got the spa for free, staff were really helpful and polite, breakfast was good and it was included in our stay. The only problem was a few stains on the sofa and chair in our room and wet carpet near the balcony but other than that we was really happy with the whole stay "
