「I found Beach House to be in the perfect location, close to all amenities and an added bonus of allocated parking.The apartment is ideal for lone travellers or a family, it caters for all. The Beach is so close, you can almost touch it!...or a very short walk.There is also the benefit of public transport if you don't wish to drive.Beach House was clean and well equipped for those that wish to dine at home before exploring Perranporth or surrounding areas.」

「Compact but complete, everything you need for a lovely little break for either a couple or single occupancy. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. Short walk (1/2 mile-ish) down to town but quite steep hill. Apartment is well equipped with utensils and pots, pans etc. Bed is comfortable. I would definitely book again if heading that way.」

「The property is in a lovely location but would benefit from a little TLC, we found it somewhat musty. But it was ok for the price, and the owner was great with communication and left us a nice welcome gift.」
