Very nice and spacious apartment

very well maintained apartment with plenty of amenities. kids loved the big indoor pool. good spot to explore the area (village, coast line, beaches).

Although brand new it lacks in many areas. It is advertised as luxury but is missing most of the luxuries. One small TV and two tiny sofas, facing a busy street next door to a swinging nightclub/ bar that forces drunk smoking patrons outside where they carry on as only happy drunks can until 1:30AM. 1 Bathroom and toilet to share between 4 people and no proper ventilation... I think luxurious is overselling it.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement en duplex à Perros Guirrec ! La proximité des commerces et du port était très appréciable. L’accueil et la communication avec l’hôtesse a été très facile et le logement était très bien entretenu. Attention toutefois aux commentaires qui peuvent induire en erreur, car tous les appartements n’ont pas accès à la piscine . Je recommande !

Appartement très agréable à vivre, idéalement situé. Parking gratuit sur place à raison de 1 voiture par appartement, mais avons pu garer la deuxième dans la rue. Belles ballades à faire autour à vélo. Mieux en électrique car plutôt valloné. Location de vélos électriques possible sur place… Reviendrons certainement pour un nouveau séjour.

Prachtig appartement met gedeeld inpandig zwembad

Centraal in Perros-Guirec gelegen luxe appartement met eigen (afgesloten) parkeergelegenheid en met andere appartementen gedeeld zwembad en whirlpool. Alles is keurig onderhouden en schoon. Winkels (bakker, groenteman, slager etc.) op enkele minuten lopen bereikbaar. Grote supermarkt op minder dan 10 minuten rijden. Stranden en haven ook op loopafstand bereikbaar. Goede eetgelegenheden nabij. Uitstekend verblijf om de Cote d’Armor te verkennen, zoals het prachtige Île de Brehat. Zwembad is een prettig alternatief in geval van wat minder goed weer in Bretagne.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons séjourné dans ce magnifique logement de standing lors du week-end de l’ascension. Décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel. La piscine et le jaccuzi sont un vrai plus pour se sentir complètement en vacances (car à cette période seuls les plus courageux osent la baignade à la plage). Il est idéalement placé à Perros-Guirec, centre ville à pied et plage à moins de 20min à pied. Nous y avons été très bien accueilli par Laurence. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Schönes und modernes Objekt mit großzügigem Innenschwimmbad, die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Alles modern und sauber, die Vermieter nett und zuvorkommend. Wohnung und Küche komplett ausgestattet. kleines Manko die in der Nähe liegende Bar/Restaurant, die bis 02:00 Uhr geöffnet hat hier ist zumindest an den zur Straße liegenden kleineren Wohnungen mit etwas Lärmbelästigung zu rechnen. Die hinteren Wohnungen dürften davon nichts mitbekommen. wir würden das wieder buchen.

Excellent séjour

Venu en famille (2 enfants), nous avons passé un séjour excellent. Location située à 5min à pied du centre, au calme. Les appartements sont très bien équipés, extrêmement confortables (note particulière pour l’excellente literie), très propre. La résidence est extrêmement bien aménagée : parking privé et fermé, table Ping Pong et surtout une piscine intérieure splendide: sol bois réglable en hauteur, chauffée évidemment, nage à contre courant, baies vitrées de partout, fauteuils, avec terrasse, douche, WC, et de surcroît un grand jacuzzi (pour 4) ! En résumé une location très luxueuse, très confortable et parfaitement située pour visiter ce coin splendide.

TOP-Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen eine schöne, großzügig zugeschnittene, sehr saubere und komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Ebenen (1.Stock zwei große Schlafzimmer mit sehr gemütlichen Betten, WC und Badezimmer, 2. Stock großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon) verteilt. Beide Ebenen sind mit dem Treppenhaus verbunden. Ebenso ist die Gemeinschafteinrichtung mit dem tollen Pool, Whirlpool und einer großen Terrasse von der Wohnung/Terasse direkt zugänglich. Das Auto oder Fahrräder stehen sicher im abgeschlossenen Hof bzw. Garten. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, so dass man problemlos zu Fuß das nette Örtchen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei, Restaurants etc., den Hafen ( ca. 5-10 min) und auch die Strände (ca. 20 min) erreichen kann. Die Vermieter, inbesondere Laurence, waren für Fragen immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben am Abreisetag eine kleine Hausführung der anderen Wohnungen bekommen und können dieses Haus nur weiterempflehlen, mit den verschieden großen Wohnungen und Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen, den großen und sehr komfortabelen Küchen eignet sich dieses Haus auch für einen Gemeinschaftsurlaub mit meheren Familien oder Freunden. Alles in Allem "TOP".

Appartement dupleix neuf et très agréable à vivre.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans le Dupleix "ouest". Outre la gentillesse, l'empathie et la bienveillance permanente des propriétaires des lieux, je ne peux que nous estimer plus que satisfaits de notre séjour. L'ensemble immobilier est neuf, et notre appartement était très agréable à vivre. Spacieux, bénéficiant de tout le confort apportée par une belle pièce de vie, d'une cuisine aménagée permettant de cuisiner, d'une literie de qualité, notre appartement correspondait voire même dépassait nos attentes initiales. L'espace commun partagé par les 4 appartement et composé d'une terrasse et d'une piscine sont des atouts non négligeables qui permettent de s'accommoder d'éventuelles déconvenues météo, mais aussi de bien débuter et de bien terminer une journée passée à l'extérieur à visiter de magnifiques sites maritimes mâtinés de granit rose, ou à profiter de la plage qui se situe à un petit kilomètre. Proche du centre ville, l'appartement est idéalement situé pour des balades en ville à pied. Il manque néanmoins un petit jardin, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir, il . Je recommande vivement cette location.
