  • A historic residence in Perros-Guirec, part of a small condominium complex featuring spacious hallways and staircases.
    The residence overlooks the beach, which is accessible through a private garden.
    Quiet, right next to all the entertainment and shops, yet in a very peaceful area.
    The Customs Officers’ Trail, perfect for exploring nature and enjoying beautiful walks, is located right behind the residence.
    Park your car and take a deep breath: you’re home!

    - No ocean view but direct access to Trestraou Beach.

    - Bright (lovely afternoon sun!) and comfortable apartment, renovated in 2019 with plenty of storage space (including a basement).

    - Accommodates 2 adults + children (on a sofa bed or extra bed)

    - Lush, tree-lined garden overlooking the sea and beach.

    - On-site parking

    - All new, high-quality furniture, appliances, and equipment (washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, etc.).

    - Close to all activities and amenities: shops, restaurants, movie theater, thalassotherapy center, casino...
    - Direct access to the GR 34 hiking trail along the Pink Granite Coast, leading to Ploumanach—named the most beautiful village in France in 2015—(Mean Ruiz Lighthouse, Saint Guirec Beach, etc.).
    - Close to the pier for the “7 Islands,” Bréhat Island… Sailing school, paddleboard and canoe rentals…
