Breathtaking view of TRESTRAOU beach

Breathtaking sea view and view of Trestraou beach for this 8-person holiday home located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Trestraou beach 2 steps away. Staircase overlooking the Customs Trail at the end of the dead end.
Sheltered from the prevailing winds, the house offers very special comfort:
- functional with its 2 bathrooms, separate toilets, modern fitted kitchen and new, large format bedding (double beds 160 * 200)
- pleasant to live in thanks to its bright spaces and its sober decoration
The terrace that runs alongside the house is the space to live in summer with its sea view over Trestraou Bay, Tomé Island and the tip of the Castle.
You will reach Trestraou beach in 5 minutes on foot, on the sailing school side where you can register for catamaran and windsurfing lessons. A few meters away there is also a surf school, Perros Guirec being a spot known to surfers who come there all year round. Next to the sailing school is the pier of the stars of the 7 islands which will take you to admire the gannets, seals, and if you are lucky the puffins, emblem of the city of Perros Guirec.
By the Customs trail, accessible from the house, you will make beautiful hikes along the side towards Ploumanac’h ’(allow 1h30 to 2 hours). Do not forget to stop at the coastal house next to the Ploumanac’h lighthouse where exhibitions are offered and where you can get information on the visits to be made.

Superbe endroit à proximité de la plage et du GR34

Emplacement idéal au calme, belle terrasse face à la mer, tous les équipements sont prévus pour un séjour agréable. La literie est confortable, et les 2 salles de bains pratiques pour le nombre de personnes que cette maison peu accueillir. Nous avons tous aimé notre séjour.

Wat een mooie plek

Fijn huis op een fantastische locatie. Met zicht op zee en op enkele minuten lopen van het strand. Het uitzicht en de locatie compenseren de afwezigheid van wifi ruimschoots.

Schönes Haus mit optimaler Lage. Strand, Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Herrliche Aussicht auf die Bucht. Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Abluss der Toilette war von Anfang an verstopft, es kam schnell ein Klempner vorbei, der jedoch das Problem nur kurzfristig beheben konnte da größere Arbeiten nötig wären. Daraufhin bekamen wir einen Rabatt. So was möchte man im Urlaub nicht haben.

un sejour parfait ! la maison est tres agreable les chambres grandes , la piece a vivre ouverte sur la cuisine avec une vue sur la mer et plage vraiment top! il y a tout le necessaire pour se sentir comme a la maison ! la maison est au fond d une impasse donc on entend absolument rien a part les oiseaux et la mer ... le sentier gr34 est au bout de la rue pour les enfants il y a un manege sur la plage et pleins d autres activitées pour tous ages ... pour les courses un petit carrefour ouvert jusqu a 21h tous les jours et boulangerie a moins de 5 min a pied ! bref un sejour de reve ! merci !

Einfaches Ferienhaus mit schöner Aussicht

Einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, das langsam in die Jahre kommt. Einige Zimmer und die Bäder sind renoviert. Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit tollem Blick. Terrassenmöbel sind ziemlich abgenutzt. Kein W-LAN , stand aber auch nicht im Inserat. PKW Stellplatz an der Straße. Insgesamt gesehen, hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. ^

Un cocon…

Et je sais de quoi je parle la tempête Ciaran nous est tombée dessus! Et bien la maison est non seulement très agréable mais un vrai cocon confortable par (très très) mauvais temps. De plus l’agence et la propriétaire ont été à nos côtés pour répondre à nos questions et nous accompagner. Bref un seul regret : nous aurions voulu rester plus longtemps pour profiter de cette magnifique région.

Agréable séjour

Très bel emplacement, dommage que le jardin ne soit pas entretenu... Impossible d'accéder au fil à linge à l'arrière de la maison. Attention, fourmis dans une chambre, petite fuite dans carrelage salle de bain du bas, mauvaises odeurs sans doute dues à la moquette dans la chambre du bas, nécessité de petites penderies dans les chambres car il n'y a que des commodes, pas de crochets pour placer les torchons et serviettes dans la cuisine. Tout le reste est très bien et la terrasse splendide. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Perros-Guirec Plage de Trestraou – GR 34

Les points forts : La localisation du logement surplombant la plage de Trestraou, à proximité du GR 34 (sentier des douaniers) est idéale.La maison est fonctionnelle, bien équipée, propre, la literie est confortable.La communication, via Abritel, avec la propriétaire a été parfaite.Les points faibles :Devoir se rendre à Trégastel pour récupérer les clés puis les redéposer à la fin du week-end , dans une boîte à clés à l’agence immobilière, alors que la location située à Perros-Guirec est elle-même dotée d’une boite à clés.Petit problème d’évacuation avec le wc du rdc (certainement récurrent puisque présence d’une ventouse) pas réellement géré par l’agence immobilière.En revanche, suite à notre demande, ils sont venus nous déposer le lendemain de notre arrivée les éléments absents du kit de linge réservé et réglé. Un regret : que la haie ne soit pas taillée, 20 cm en moins nous aurait permis de voir la mer de la terrasse et donc de profiter de cette vue magiquePetite information : lorsque nous sommes arrivés, les fenêtres étaient ouvertes et la lumière allumée dans une chambre.

Belle location avec vue mer.

Maison bien équipé, bien situé dans une région magnifique. De belles balades à faire, mais attention à la grosse pente pour aller à la plage ou au sentier des douaniers. Pas adéquate pour personnes avec problèmes de mobilité.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Ein tolles Haus mit Garten, atemberaubenden Blick und super Lage. Der Strand und auch das Zentrum sind mit einem schönen Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Das Haus liegt direkt an dem Küstenwanderweg, welcher zum täglichen Spaziergang einlädt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll, sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Die Betreuung des Hauses ist sehr zuvorkommend, nett, hilfsbereit, kompetent gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank
